This is the planning, control and management on behalf of the client, the Consultants and Contractors engaged on a construction project and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within the pre-determined cost, bearing in mind the client’s requirements.

This is a specialized service for which we can be commissioned either separately or together with the Quantity Surveying services at an extra fee. In providing this service, the client need not be involved in the day-to-day administrative matters on the project but only on policy decisions.
