MR. JOSHUA ABIODUN BAMDUPE (FNIQS)
Principal Partner
Mr. Joshua Abiodun Bamdupe (FNIQS) is one of the foremost Quantity Surveyors in Nigeria and the Principal Partner at Jabak Consultants, a firm of Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Arbitrators. Mr. Bamdupe was the Chairman, Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (Lagos Chapter) 2003 to 2005 and Vice President, Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (2008 to 2011).

He attended Yaba College of Technology before leaving the country to further his education, exposure and experience. A graduate of Willesden College of Technology, London. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Management and Economics from Sheffield City Polytechnic, Sheffield, UK and a Master’s of Science degree in Project Management from University of Liverpool, UK. A Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and was a Board member of the Quantity Surveying Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) with No 081.
Mr. Bamdupe started his pre-practice professional experience with ACON Associates, a firm of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in 1976. He also worked with ASA Partnership as a Quantity Surveyors between 1982 – 1987 before returning to ACON Associates where he was appointed the executive director between 1987 and 1991.
During his pre-practice experience, he was able to handle and supervise notable projects all over the country which includes but not limited to; Barclays Bank Building at Effunrun, Army Barracks at Bida & Ibadan, Workshop for R.T Briscoe at Lekki, High court at Ibadan & Sagamu, Tamsark supermarket at Ajaokuta, A dining hall for University of Benin, The Court of Appeal at Benin & Enugu, The Central Bank branches at Minna & Markurdi, A Factory building for Ault & Wihlborg at Ota, National Bank Headquarters at Broad Street, Lagos, A renovation of First Bank at Ilupeju, Owena Bank Headquarters at Akure amongst others.
Mr. Bamdupe registered his own firm Jabak Consultants in September 1989 and commenced active practice in 1990. He is currently practicing as a quantity surveyor, project manager and an astute arbitrator.

Mr. Abdul Rahman Sanni is an Associate partner with Jabak consultants. He is a graduate of the prestigious Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. He started his professional career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with the Nigerian Navy at Eastern Naval Command Headquarters, Calabar, Cross River state between 1990 and 1991.

MR. LANRE FAROTIMI (MNIQS)

Mr. Lanre Farotimi (MNIQS) is an Associate Partner with Jabak Consultants. He attended the prestigious Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, where he graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying in 1998. He later enrolled and passed the professional exams of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and became a corporate member of the Institute with registration number (1812).

He started his professional career as an assistant Quantity Surveyor with Ayo Ogunbanjo & Co. now Cost Model Partnership a firm of Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Construction Cost Consultants where he was responsible for the supervision of the Church auditorium for St. Agnes Catholic Church, Ibara Abeokuta; Entrance facade & gate / security post for University of Agriculture, Abeokuta; Podium / Pavilion for Ogun State Ministry of Commerce and Industry at Trade Fair complex, Abeokuta; Head office complex for Unic Insurance Plc, Abuja; Refurbishment of Osun State Primary Schools for Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF).
He also worked at the Estate / Physical Planning unit, University of Benin, Benin city Edo state, under the National Youth Service Scheme between 1999 – 2000 where he supervised the renovation of the Physics and Optometry laboratories UNIBEN Main campus; Security post building at UNIBEN main campus and Renovation of University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH).

MRS. ADENIKE OLUSANYA
Quantity Surveyor
Mrs. Adenike Olusanya is a Quantity Surveyor with Jabak Consultants. A 2009 graduate of the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos with a B.Sc in Quantity Surveying. She completed her National Youth Service Scheme with Jabak Consultants between the years of 2010 – 2011, where she supervised residential and commercial projects.

Mr. Kehinde Bamdupe is a Quantity Surveyor with Jabak Consultants. He attended the Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo State where he graduated with a B. Tech in Quantity Surveying in 2009 and Master of Science in Quantity Surveying from Salford University, Manchester, UK. in 2013.

He completed his National Youth Service Scheme at Bescom Partnership a Quantity Surveying firm in Abuja and later joined the firm Tillyard and Partners in April 2011. He later joined Jabak Consultants in December 2013.
